11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by a recognized Canadian arbitration body in Toronto, Ontario. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

12. Termination

NorthSignal Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. This includes the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your conduct may harm other users, third parties, or the reputation or operations of NorthSignal Media.
